Replace SPARQLBuilder code with SaxonJS IXSL code

Partially addressed in c4cef09 and 336b0ea.
The only methods used now are fromString, fromQuery, and toString. It should be possible to package and use https://github.com/RubenVerborgh/SPARQL.js directly, without SPARQLBuilder.
