pre-install git package

Since this action runs on GitHub, it seems strange that git is not pre-installed in the container?

Having to do tdnf install -y git consumes a lot of unnecessary bandwidth and time.

Hi @thorfi (@thorfi), Azure CLI only installs essential dependencies to minimize container size (see Dockerfile). If you think git is necessary, please open a feature request at https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues.

Done - but I think maybe it would make sense if this GitHub Action had its own Dockerfile which adds some things like git?

It would probably also make sense to automatically add git safe directory

FYI this is the command that this action should have an option to run, .e.g. git-set-safe-directory: true before going on to the .inlineScript:

git config --global --add safe.directory `pwd` # ignore strange permissions due to container mount

This is the command that would be run by use actions/checkout if set-safe-directory: true is set.

That makes sense. I'll look into the implementation to let Azure/cli manage its own Dockerfile.
