Automated EDD data processing from wbmatscan needs maintenance.

Pipeline template .yamls:

• upgrade CHAP version
• use more efficient incremental update

User setup in spec:

• read in locations of detector, calibration, and strain analysis config files to use in processing from a file or a spec_menu or something more user friendly than a macro function

Deployment:

• update CHAP version in production CHAP_edd env

Unsolved problem: idx_start / stop in this pipeline template do not support summing over any scan axes when performing strain analysis. Can easily make the start/stop indices for the raw / strain analyzed datasets different values, but here's the real unsolved part: spec would need to parse the sum_axes field from the user's strain analysis config yaml file, then combine it with the info in the global MAP_COORDS to figure out the start/stop indices for the strain analyzed dataset.

Possible solution that circumvents need for spec to parse strain analysis configs, but would require changes to CHAP.common: add feature for Nexus/ZarrValuesWriter that enables writing to existing dataset arrays in "append" mode -- no need to specify an exact slice of output dataset array to write values to, just write all supplied values (no matter how many, but shape must still agree along 0th axis) to the end of the existing dataset array.
