User Story

As a developer
I'd like to have an API spec
So that I can know how to use and interact with the API

Acceptance Criteria

  • swagger.json added to the project with the API endpoints fully defined
  • Swagger UI setup on the project to display the spec in an easy to see and use format
  • PR merged to master
