Clicking "Save" when saving a New apps settings, the window should close

When creating a New App, after entering all settings, clicking Save doesn't produce any feedback, and it is unclear for the user if the settings were taken into account or not. Clicking Save should send the user back to home (https://connect-project.io/home)

now clicking on save still doesn't redirect to the home page, but at least a popup is displayed to the user when the saving is successful
