Some conversion files are causing 'Operation timed out' errors in certain PHP solutions.

This is the vanilla code we send to users with problems with timeouts; it works 100% well.

The vanilla solution worked for me after the SDK stopped working all of a sudden earlier today (linux cPanel server w/ PHP).
Just one mention, the line with POSTFIELDS has a parse error, should be:

It was working fine then all of a sudden around 5:03AM USA PT time Sept 19th, the process was just hanging. After some debug statements, I found it was timing out on the curl request inside ConvertApi\Client::upload() when executing the curl_exec($ch) line to POST the file to the /upload endpoint. I reduced the $uploadTimeout to 30 seconds for faster debugging:
Operation timed out after 30002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I tried the example, but I cannot reproduce the issue - it works fine for me with local html file & header / footer on Linux.
Are you able to reproduce the issue?

If the conversion was working and then it suddenly stopped without any changes to the library configuration, I guess it could be network or server related issue. Maybe it was network routing issue?

Did you try vanilla solution on the same server?
If you can reproduce the issue, it would be helpful to get:

1. HTML file example you are converting
2. PHP version
3. OS version
4. Curl library version (should be visible from php -i or phpinfo())

• The vanilla yes did work
• From my debugging, the issue came from the SDK making a POST request to /upload to first upload the HTML
  • Which then would get back a file-ID to reference in the conversion step
• I was able to do a standard CURL command line GET on the server's terminal to the conversion URI and get back a response so the connection between the servers was fine (yes this returns an expected error but proves communication is happening).

• Vanilla code posts file contents direct with the recommended storefile => false, is fine
• Here is my final working code with some other parameters for Footer etc....

Without knowing your environment, I would only assume something with the POST requests (headers or body content) suddenly triggered a SPAM or DDOS flag in your firewall and blocked those requests, or something else that was just spinning forever since it was timeout of ConvertApi::$uploadTimeout with 0 bytes received.

Our logs show 1, 2 completed conversions using the SDK as usual -- then the 3 failed, and a 4th and 5th timeout, and that's when I got the message there was a problem and then I took a manual look.

Here is my final code with extra params that works and not looking back. Thank you guys for being responsive:
