Where are the deb and rpm packages for OSS Variant on official website?

Hi,

checking the latest release, 3.9.3, it references the official website for installation: https://konghq.com/install/

If you visit the website now, there is no word being said regarding the latest OSS Variant? Here are my questions:

1. do I need to build the deb/rpm versions from the source by myself
2. is the Konghq actively working towards shutting down the OSS project completely?
3. the slack channel, which was also mentioned on the official website is also gone.
