it switches accounts automatically

It was working 1 or 2 weeks ago, but now it just stops at 0%.
I have no idea how to debug it or what exactly I should be debugging. I can switch manually using codex-auth.
It would be helpful if it displayed some information at 0% explaining why the switch was not made or why it is not possible.
After all, this is the main reason we use this whole thing.
(Is it possible that it does not switch automatically when the 5 hour limit is reached, but only when the weekly limit is reached? OpenAI Experimental had disabled the 5 hour limit before, but now they have enabled it again.)
