Trim the fat

This issue was previously tracked on [march-hare.org](http://www.march-hare.org/node/872).

The idea is to remove any extraneous packages so that the OD iso is slimmed down.  Additionally there may be a better way to handle the [iso that we include _within_](https://github.com/March-hare/Operator-Distribution/blob/master/uck/customize#L219)  the resulting iso.
