Case-sensitivity of string searches

As reported by @mehmetgiritli, it would be helpful if searches for e.g., `/references?filter=authors.lastname HAS "Evans"` could be done case-insensitively... I'm not sure where the spec lies on this but it's certainly useful from a user perspective.
