Josh: note conversation in Teams with Alexei where he noticed both the QCFilter & Celltypes templates weren't respecting their Species parameters. Review entire workflow and find all use of Species parameters and make tickets assigning devs to check parameter function and fix any bugs detected.

Consider making a nidapFunction function for species-checking that can then be added to various templates.
