Rights tab should also display the rights log from meta. Lots of people resign adminship there and it doesn't end up in the enwiki log.

should display entries from meta:Special:Log -> GlobalRightsLog in [rights]. e.g. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=gblrights&user=&page=&wpdate=&tagfilter=&wpfilters%5B%5D=newusers&wpFormIdentifier=logeventslist

bonus points if you mix the two logs together, and then sort the entries by date

The patch for this is pretty easy...
