New MASTG-TESTs: Device/App Attestations

The proposal is to create 8 new TEST (tickets/placeholder and of course, the tests themselves), 4 per platform, under MASVS-RESILIENCE.

Per platform:

• Missing Device Integrity Attestation
• Missing App Integrity Attestation
• Incorrect Implementation of Device Integrity Attestation
• Incorrect Implementation of App Integrity Attestation

For the incorrect Implementation topics, such as not using a challenge from the backend.

It's important to note here that Android attestation can be done manually or by Play Integrity API. For iOS DeviceCheck and AppAttest seem to be the only options.
