When running with Openrouter There is no response from models not in config file

In general, I have found that almost all openrouter models do not support the tool calling endpoints in openai, and that openrouter itself does not stream the tool calling. There is experimental support for openrouter in #36, but due to the extremely poor quality of their API I would not expect great compatibility.
