Missing files and directories #4

Description

@tht12837a

Several issues that prevent the code from running. Trying to run on Windows 11, 64-bit, Changed the Build target to 64-bit.

  1. The app is looking for a "App.xml" file, which is not found. \

  2. After circumventing that by creating an App object with random version, say "0001," the app proceeds throwing "Could not find part of path..." which makes sense if you look at the code. The app is actually searching for hard-coded paths in the bin "Debug" or "Release" folder, depending on what you are running. These directories are "output," "stable-diffusion," etc. and they are not created. On top of that, it sets the "samplesDir" variable to:
    var samplesDir = WorkingDirectory + "\stable-diffusion\outputs\" + samples;

and then deletes the directory if it exists. A few lines down, it is actually trying to use it, which throws another error:
var dir = Directory.GetDirectories(WorkingDirectory + @"\stable-diffusion\outputs" + samples)[0];

In order to reproduce, install the app in a new folder and try to run it. You should see the errors that I am getting as well. Screenshot from the one that pops up after I comment the "App.xml" code:
