bug retrieving data for accounts that have a dash character ('-') in the name

There is some general problem retrieving data for accounts that have a dash character ('-') in the name. For example, the following GET queries will return incorrect data:

https://webapi.steemdata.com/Accounts?where=name==matt-a
https://webapi.steemdata.com/Accounts?where=name==sc-steemit
https://webapi.steemdata.com/Accounts?where=name==my-art
