What problem would this solve?
I often get the following notification

This is kind of annoying, as if on mobile it takes up about 20% of the screen. I in general dont really care if there was a new upload or not.
What would you like to see?
Give me an option (likely under user "INTERFACE" settings), to mute the notifications, so if I click the bell, I can still see what is new (I dont mind if the number beside the bell would get supressed too), but beyond that I dont get any indication of a change.
