App lock in Instagram is popping up again and again not allowing me to open links through stories

I have Samsung S25 Ultra
Whenever i open Instagram, it is asking twice in a second for my verification , secondly when i am watching story and try to open links from story , app lock verification pops up and it is not allowing me to visit the link ,
Eg: story has a WhatsApp link , i have two whatsap accounts, so pop up arrives from WhatsApp, which one to.open alongside after a while app.lock also.pops up , verifies its me , then WhatsApp pop up disappears and the loop continues.
