Feature Request: ARM64 Support in Official Apache Drill Docker Image

Currently, the official Apache Drill Docker image only supports AMD64 architecture.
This request is for adding support for ARM64 (aarch64) architecture, making it compatible
with ARM-based systems like Raspberry Pi, AWS Graviton, and other ARM64 environments.
