How to enable PRIVATE_API on newer react native version?

Hi i was trying to follow [this](https://github.com/c19354837/react-native-system-setting/blob/master/iOS.md#ios) however i dont seems to have options provided on the screenshot 
I can only set preprocessor macros (that did not work) for the whole project but not for the lib
Any help would be welcome.
