I tried setting up a static directory, with follow-symlinks="yes" in the config, and the links to other directories all got 404. It's possible it was a layer 8 error, but is worth investigating. Desirable to have for the wiki since there's so little disk space on lovelace and I want to link into /ftproot/pub/gd but create a different organization.
