Feature Request: MDC Name database

Option to have a text doc config file with data like

B198=Car 4
0283=Local
...etc

So a name of some sort could be displayed on screen in addition to the MDC console.

Maybe another task for @GrayMatter to take on? :D

Another option would be to output the log into a text document, so that I could write up a .bat script to do this.

output of the log to a txt file would be relatively easy to add. I'll take a look at that when I have some more time.
