Am I missing some packages?

Just found the nice little extentions page you guys haver and downloaded this extention and was trying to test it out and it seems like there's only one command and that's to look at a certain like of code that the gemini selects. Am i doing this wrong or am i missing something?

We suspect there are issues with the Gemini CLI extension installer which might be related to Node versions or OS.

Can I kindly ask:

• what Node version you are using?
• your OS? e.g. Windows or Linux or Mac?
