unhandled exception

Sorry to ask what might be a silly question but why would I get this when running?

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in GodSharp.Opc.Da.OpcAutomation.dll
Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.OPCAutomation, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I also get this error. No idea why though.
