[BUG] helm-test-charts: implicit suposal of existing namespace value key

Describe the bug

As far as i undersatnd the code, this line

ci-github-container/actions/helm/test-chart/action.yml

Line 260 in 5396e12

`namespace=${namespace}`,

implies we are supposing there is a namespace key in default values.yaml of the helm chart.

This is non standard, and not in the default chart templates we are publishing.
IMHO it should be left to the end user decision.

Are you sure about this?

For me, Helm will populate .Values.namespace even when that key is absent from the chart’s default values file. If the chart templates read that value, they get the generated namespace. If they do not read it, Helm simply ignores the extra value.

Cette séquence fonctionne hors CI. Ça peut être un bon trade-off :

helm-ct-123456789 étant bien sûr un nom random qui peut êter ajusté.
