Angular: switch module federation from webpack to rsbuild

Current implementation does not support Angular 22.
Angular bundler plugins including i18n must be reimplemented for rsbuild.

@DanielFran I plan to drop webpack support and implement rsbuild.

I know that it's a huge task to achieve, but this ngx-translate lib always has been felt kind of clunky hack over time. What about gradually moving to the official Angular way to do? Your feeling on this?

Rsbuild support doesn't seem to have ng binary integration.
I think it would a regression and adds complexity, we should investigate angular-architects esbuild support, this can be challenging too since we need angular-builders esbuild to create custom plugins.
