Unauthorised response when clicking save in data table

@jongpie I've setup the Data Table component in a screen flow to display a custom metadata type and configured it to be editable. The 'save' action kicks off a deployment and it is successful in the org. However, the table's loading spinner is stuck showing.

My org has the My Domain feature enabled. In the logs I can see "System.HttpResponse[Status=Unauthorized, StatusCode=401]" and in the browser console I can see "Malformed JSON: Expected '{' at the beginning of object"

From your guide, am I right in thinking that I don't think I need to do anything else in setup to authorise that connection?

After some investigation, I came to the conclusion that you can no longer connect to the API directly regardless of the My Domain settings as per the user guide. I managed to get this working by using:

• A connected app in the same org
• A named credential with OAUTH2 that is pre-authorised with the system admin access. Use a Permission Set to assign the named principle to the System Admin user
• Updated the code to use a Named Credential in the callout.

I've updated the error handling a little using showToast (WIP) to handle the error better if the call to the Deploy Result API still doesn't authenticate. Previously, it was failing and then not telling the user why it was failed unless you looked at the debug logs.
