Bubbles size decreases as the number of bubbles increase.

The whole bubble chart is getting in 150x150 size that makes it very small when the number of bubbles increase. What seems to be causing that could be an implicit size setting that makes it accommodate in 150x150 pixels. If there is an alternative, please let me know what.
