1. Include validation rule to prevent multiple entry of DSD forms for same date 2. Update the DSD form to include DSD outlets. 3. Remove the validation rule that requires the filling of DSD form before the Pharmacy form is filled 4. Clients not on DSD should be generated on the Report as clients not on DSD 5. Remove the option set "facility" under facility DSD model type.
