A system prompt should be implemented to notify users when a client is due to complete TB treatment, which is typically six months after the recorded TB Treatment Start Date. This notification should only appear if no negative outcome (such as Interruption in Treatment, Death, Transfer Out, or Treatment Failure) has been recorded prior to the expected completion date.

Description

Implement a prompt to notify the user that the client is due to complete TB treatment, if the clients meet the following conditions;

• If the client is on TB treatment (the field 'Are you currently on TB Treatment = Yes) on a previously documented care and support form
• If the diffrence between the Visit Date on the current encounter and the TB Treatment Start Date is equal or greater than 6months
• If no TB Treatment Completion Date has been documented,

The notification should not trigger if any of the following negative outcomes/status have been recorded before the expected date of TB completion -
Interruption in Treatment
Dead
Transfer Out
