Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Dev Home
2. Open Dashboard
3. Click + Add widget
4. Select _GitHub (Preview) / Pull requests
5. Click Pin
6. In URL, enter URL of GitHub repo inside an organization that as Oauth App access restrictions enabled.
7. Click the arrow right of URL input
8. Observe the following error:
9. Try to click the link included in the error message

Expected result

Link opens in browser

Actual result

Nothing happens

Also, text in the error message cannot be selected. This should work, since the most common thing I do with error messages is to paste them into a search engine.

I did not see that specific page, but I got it working anyhow, by referring to the URL given in the error message and other GitHub docs.
