Support for openMINDS minor versions

Currently, the openMINDS Python implementation only builds the latest minor version of openMINDS. Older minor versions within the same major release are not made available through the package.

Supporting minor versions in the future could be beneficial, although minor versions are currently not released.

I suggest closing this ticket. When we have an actual use case (a minor release and a reason to support all minor versions rather than just the latest), we can revisit the topic, but I think we should avoid non-actionable issues.
