Getting a list of all stock tickers from a particular market

Can this tool be used to get a list of all the currently listed stock tickers on a particular market? If so, how?

Not the author, but see IEX exchange for that. You'll have to register and be careful not to run out of free tokens they give you by caching your requests and fetching from their servers once every week or so.
