Check OTRv1 actual compatibility (it shouldn't.)

I've seen reports on IRC (#weechat-otr) that at least one OTRv1 implementation appears to be functional with a recent POTR implementation, when the OTRv1 impl. initiates the session.

This shouldn't be the case as it has been disabled in the codebase.

1. try to reproduce (fetch said implementation?)
2. see how it's possible
3. make sure it can't happen anymore

I'll try to find anything that still compiles/works and offers a full otrv1 only implentation.
