Index publications on website?

@davidlmobley : It would be awesome if we had a quick way to browse / filter publications by year, SAMPL challenge number, host, system, etc.

If we create a YAML file indexing the whole bibliography, we can probably easily generate statically-rendered versions that show the content in useful ways.

I'm happy to have someone on our end (likely an admin) prepare a YAML file if we think this would be a good idea! Do you have the current SAMPL bibliography in some other format?

This is a good idea. I have a SAMPL bibliography in Zotero that needs some checking -- it was current when we wrote the grant proposal but may have gone out of date. I'm fairly certain you have access to it already because we had shared it at grant proposal time. Can you check and see?

If you can get a mechanism working to do this, I can get someone to re-check/curate the bibliography.
