implement GenerateSingleViewFromHTML for InformationImplementation.cs

There is "UUebViewComponent.GenerateSingleViewFromURL" but there is no "UUebViewComponent.GenerateSingleViewFromHTML" in InformationImplementation.cs.
I want to use "UUebViewComponent.GenerateSingleViewFromHTML" on Autoya.
