[Type2] Allow Incremental Refresh type schedules to be added via `server.schedules.add_to_schedule`

For content with incremental refresh set up, allow for functionality to assign schedules as Incremental Refresh.

Description

Currently, there is no option to add incremental refresh type schedules via TSC. This functionality exists on Tableau Server when content is set up for incremental refreshes. server.schedules.add_to_schedule has an option for task_type (code), but no string option is acceptable for incremental type.

Partial update on this. Incremental refresh triggering shipped in TSC v0.39 (Feb 2026) for Tableau Server API 3.25+: TaskRequest.refresh_req(incremental=True) (see request_factory.py:1244-1251), reachable via server.datasources.refresh(datasource, incremental=True). That covers on-demand runs.

The original ask here — scheduling an incremental refresh via server.schedules.add_to_schedule — is not implemented. TaskItem.Type still only defines ExtractRefresh / DataAcceleration / RunFlow, and schedules.add_to_schedule has no path for an incremental task type. The Tableau UI does let you set this up (per the screenshot in the original description), so this is really a Type 2 (UI supports it; REST API doesn't expose it yet). Retagging accordingly.
