New Attribute useRemoteQueryAgent Update

Summary

Allow the developer to update the useRemoteQueryAgent flag during the publishing process.

Type 1: support a REST API:
The useRemoteQueryAgent flag can be used to make a datasource use tableau bridge on tableau cloud. This attribute is modifiable through the publish datasource method in the REST API.

Description

The value of this feature is to give developers an opportunity to change the "Network Type" in tableau cloud from Cloud -> Private network programmatically without having to manually update the flag. This feature would help someone publishing workbooks to update the Network Type based on the database (Oracle, Postgres, etc...), and it would help out on server -> cloud migrations.

This was implemented by PR #1224 (merged Apr 2023). DatasourceItem.use_remote_query_agent is now a full property that flows through both publish and update requests (see tableauserverclient/models/datasource_item.py and server/request_factory.py), and it is also filterable via RequestOptions.Field.UseRemoteQueryAgent. Closing as completed and removing the in-progress label.
