Type 2: Connection Item returns oauth boolean

Summary

While the deprecated api appropriately removed connection_credentials whether the connection is over oauth should still be returned

Description

We would like to use the API to help monitor and enforce that connections to certain servers/services always use OAuth -- however with the current api, it doesn't seem possible to know whether it's doing that or not.

Rechecked - flipping this from server-side to a TSC wrapper gap. The Query Data Source / Workbook Connections REST response actually does surface OAuth today: authenticationType has 'oauth' as a documented value in v3.27+, and useOAuthManagedKeychain is returned on the same <connection> element. TSC already parses authenticationType into ConnectionItem.auth_type (tableauserverclient/models/connection_item.py:138), so conn.auth_type == 'oauth' works for most connectors, but useOAuthManagedKeychain is not parsed - adding it (plus an is_oauth convenience property) would give you the boolean you asked for. Reclassifying as a TSC enhancement.
