Embedded File Question after workbook published

Has anyone run into this issue/challenge.

Setup:
A workbook contains an embedded data source which utilizes a file file which is in the UNCFile path notation.

Action:
Publish the workbook using TSC and then schedule a refresh of the workbook that was just published.

Result:
Error trying to refresh the workbook with the embedded data source with an error unable to find FAKEPATH.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do know that if I publish it as a separate data source it will work fine. However, I'd like to find a solution where I don't have to do that.

Additional error message:
Unable to connect to the file "/***/FAKEPATH-0au220q0swttr61fs2bv51pdwx1h". Check that the file exists and that you have sufficient access privileges for it. tableau_error_source=Client|tableau_status_code=5|tableau_error_code=0x3834253A

Hi Jeffrey - sorry for the slow response, but did you get this solved? If not, did it happen when you published the workbook using the UI as well as through TSC?
