Change chunk size while publishing

The current chunk size is set to 5 MBs. Tableau Server REST API supports chunks up to 64 MBs. It would be nice to add chunk size as an argument to the workbooks.publish and datasources.publish functions. The default could remain at 5 MBs, but users could override up to 64 MBs.

Closing this out — the hardcoded 5 MB chunk is gone. TSC now reads the chunk size from the TSC_CHUNK_SIZE_MB env var (default bumped to 50 MB) in tableauserverclient/config.py, and the publish endpoints pick it up automatically. If you'd like a per-call chunk_size kwarg on workbooks.publish / datasources.publish on top of the env var, please open a fresh enhancement issue referencing this one.
