The option to change the platform's language through the settings doesn't actually change anything; it only notifies you of the change in a pop-up window, but it doesn't update to the selected language. However, using the drop-down button in the user section does change the language.
I've attached an image showing Spanish selected from the user drop-down menu, and in the background, the view from the settings with English still selected, while all the text on the platform is already in Spanish.
