Consider license change #8

Description

@dotted

Currently the library is licenses as GPL v3, which can by quite limiting in some cases.

Should there ever be a need/desire to use this library as part of VRChat itself (this is purely hypothetical) you cannot legally do this.

So personally I would suggest relicensing this as MIT (or similar) as that will open up for the most usage. If there is no desire to go to a full permissive license, I would suggest at least changing the license to LGPL v2.1, even if that comes with its own set of problems.

Note that such a change would require consent of all contributes for the code base, or otherwise require a rewrite of their contributions.
