Pull request overview
Adds a new GitHub Copilot agent playbook for regenerating Azure CLI cmdlets for Azure Service Bus (az servicebus) and Azure Event Hubs (az eventhubs) via aaz-dev, covering end-to-end steps (env/repo prep, generation, custom-layer reconciliation, regression auditing, validation, and PR creation).
Changes:
- Introduces a new agent spec/document (
messaging-cmdlet-gen) describing the full cmdlet regeneration workflow for Service Bus/Event Hubs. - Documents strict non-breaking-change rules and a mandatory regression audit (including custom-layer arg-name drift checks).
- Adds guidance for validation (lint/tests) and live test recording hygiene (
azdev mask+ secret verification).
