Bring main up to the published 1.4.1 release

Brings main in line with the published Sleep Detector 1.4.1 release. The previous tracking flow could overwrite the start of an inactive interval when the app resumed; the updated flow preserves that boundary and presents an editable estimate for confirmation.

Product changes

• Persist app lifecycle boundaries, sleep candidates, confirmed sessions, and Health sync state.
• Refine estimates with optional HealthKit and Apple Watch evidence; require confirmation before saving automatic estimates.
• Add the Apple Watch companion and confirmed-sleep Health syncing with duplicate protection and retry handling.
• Correct sleep statistics, notification wording, appearance handling, privacy disclosures, and store materials.
• Include creator credits, current iPhone/Watch artwork, and release notes.
• Update contributor documentation and diagnostic helpers to match the shipped behavior; ignore local release credentials.

Validation and review

• 31 Jest tests across six suites passed in the September 5 review; TypeScript and ESLint (errors) passed.
• Production iOS JavaScript/Hermes export passed. The earlier release verification also passed native iPhone/Watch Release compilation.
• Since tag v1.4.1, only documentation, two diagnostic shell helpers, and .gitignore changed. Shell syntax, help/error paths, local documentation links, and whitespace checks passed.
• Main is an ancestor of this branch, so this merge introduces no additional integration diff. GitHub reports MERGEABLE/CLEAN. Available GitHub checks are Pages build/deployment checks and passed; they are not native app CI.
• Expo Doctor currently passes 19/20 checks: seven newer compatible patch releases are recommended. The dependency audit reports 30 affected entries (24 moderate, six high, zero critical), including transitive parent entries. High findings concern build tooling; the URI-decoding advisory is in navigation URL parsing that this app has not enabled. These maintenance findings are documented rather than reported as a clean audit.

Release status

GitHub v1.4.1 is published at 2a252a6. Apple has approved version 1.4.1, build 91, and the public listing identifies SimpliXio Pte. Ltd. App Store Connect confirms READY_FOR_SALE and review COMPLETE; build 91 remains the newest uploaded build. Merging this PR does not change the published binary or require resubmitting the already released version.
