Problem
kv.openchainbench.com/aggregate/latest.json(Paris VPS, no CDN) was timing out from Vercel IAD1 (US East) at the 8 s limit. Node.js fetch was downloading 7.5 MB uncompressed cross-Atlantic. Sitemap fell to static fallback → 20 URLs → Google deindexed ~700 pages.Fix
/api/aggregate— Vercel-hosted CDN proxy: first request fetches from VPS, Vercel edge caches 60 s. Subsequent calls cost ~1 ms from IAD1.aggregate-blob.ts: production uses/api/aggregate(CDN), preview/dev uses VPS directAccept-Encoding: gzip, bron blob fetch (7.5 MB → 2.1 MB)FETCH_TIMEOUT_MS8 s → 20 sResult
Staging sitemap: 197 URLs (was 20). Production will be higher (~700+) once CDN warms.
