Add REALLY easy way to communicate between bungee and spigot (using the messaging channel)

I'm thinking of doing this like this:

CyberAPI.getInstance().getMessenger() for messenger
and then
.getReceiver() or .getSender()

and somewhere in both of those classes it has .get(15) (get last 15 messages) and it will return a List<String[]>

Not going to happen, it's not entirely difficult to understand the messaging channel.
