Removes byte-exact Markdown readback coupling, requires the Intercom description field, and returns typed retry-safe broker rejections while preserving ambiguous-write reconciliation. Tests: 97 broker tests pass; Python compile and diff check pass. Reviewed by Claude Foreman Opus/max: SHIP.
