Execute a command after deployment

I am hosting my Git repository on Gandi Simple Hosting and I deploy it using ssh $GIT_URL 'deploy {repository}.git'

I have set some scripts in my composer.json file, but some events are never called: why?

Example: pre-install-cmd is called, but not post-install-cmd (the deployment stops just after -----> Build complete and -----> Cleaning temporary files).
