fix: parse-safe D/C match in pivoted_invasive_lines - #2139

Transpiled concepts are out of date with the BigQuery sources; could not post a neutral check run (Resource not accessible by integration). Regenerate the concepts_postgres / concepts_duckdb folders and commit them.
